City in Arizona Begins Work on $60 Million Hangar Construction

The City of Mesa, Arizona has begun construction on a new aircraft hangar at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Once completed, the project will yield 400,000 square-feet of hangar and office space. The project, which has an unknown estimated completion date, will cost approximately $60 million to build.

Westside Capital Group Proposes $1 Billion Multi-Use Complex in Orlando

Westside Capital Group, a Miami-based real estate developer, has proposed building a new massive multi-use complex on the site of an abandoned golf course in Orlando, Fla. If constructed, the $1 billion project would witness the construction of green space, a public art space, a city center, and an unspecified amount of retail space and high-end residences across 128 acres. The project’s estimated completion date is currently unknown.


Joint Venture Partnership Agrees to Purchase 800,000 SF Mixed-Use Miami Campus

A joint-venture partnership between L&L Holding Company, a Manhattan-based real estate developer, and Carpe Real Estate Partners, a Manhattan-based real estate investment firm, has agreed to purchase and redevelop a three-acre site in Miami. The targeted campus features 800,000 square-feet of space and features a Class-A office tower, a luxury residential building, and an indoor.outdoor retail space. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.


City in Silicon Value Approves 800,000 SF Google Office Project

The City Council of Mountain View, Calif. has approved one of its largest ever office projects. The project, spearheaded by tech giant Google, will span more than 41 acres and will yield more than 800,000 square-feet of office space. The project’s estimated construction cost and completion date are both unknown.

Vanderbilt Alumni Commit $13 Million Toward

A group of Vanderbilt alumni have committed more than $13 million to go towards the university’s $55 million renovation and expansion of the building housing the Owen Graduate School of Management. The project will expand the size of the building from 96,000 to 144,000 square-feet and will be completed in Spring 2021.
