Cornerstone Realty Corp Arranges $11.4 Million Loan for Mixed-Use Project

Cornerstone Realty Corp, a Massachusetts-based real estate investment firm, has recently arranged a $11.4 million loan for the construction of a mixed-use development in Boston. The six-story project will feature 47 luxury residential units, two separate retail spaces on the ground-floor, and 10 parking spaces. The building’s estimated completion date is currently unknown.

Boulder County Commissioners Buy 40,000 SF Building for $12.8 Million

The Boulder County Commissioners have approved a purchase agreement for a 40,000 square-foot building in Boulder, Colo. for a price of $12.8 million. The county hopes to use the new space to house new state and federally run human services and programs. The building’s estimated inner renovation is expected to be completed in 2021.

Texas A&M University to Open New $127 Million School Facility

Texas A&M University will soon open its new 160,000 square-foot facility for its dental school. The facility features 300 new dental chairs, specialized clinics, clinical support areas, new classrooms, and study spaces, bringing its total patient capacity to 140,000 annual visitors. The new building cost $127 million and was completed in 2019.

$40 Million Administrative Building Half-Complete

Construction on a new two-story administrative building at San Rafael High School in San Rafael, Calif. is half-complete. The new 40,000 square-foot facility will feature a variety of student services spaces, and is estimated to have cost $40 million. The building is expected to open sometime in 2021.

Catholic Medical Center Gets Donation for $200 Million Hospital

Catholic Medical Center, a medical services group based out of Manchester, N.H., has received a $15 million donation that’s planned to be used on the construction of a new building on its West Side campus. The 221,000 square-foot facility will feature an expanded emergency department, headquarters for the New England Heart & Vascular Institute, additional operating rooms, and up to 90 private patient rooms. The hospital will break ground in 2021 and will be completed by fall of 2023 at a total cost of roughly $200 million.
