$56.8 Million Building Planned in Town in New Jersey

County officials in Ocean County, N.J. have announced plans to construct a new building in Toms River, N.J. Once completed, the new $56.8 million building will contain 121,000 square-feet across its three stories. The building’s estimated completion date is currently unknown.

New Massive Mixed-Use Project Planned in Arizona

Construction of a new massive mixed-use property has been proposed in Peoria, Ariz. The project, dubbed Stadium Point, will yield more than one million square-feet of total development including Class-A office space, hotel space, retail space, and residential space. Neither the project’s estimated construction costs nor its estimated completion timeline are currently known.


Hines Arranges $182 Million in Refinancing for Office Building in California

Hines, a Houston-based global investment firm, has secured $182 million in refinancing for a nearly 500,000 square-foot creative office campus in Orange County, Calif. The four-building campus contains more than 452,000 square-feet of Class-A office space and features restaurant space, a fitness center, a coffee shop, a game pavilion, and a 40-plus seat stadium-style conference center.


Historical Building in Louisiana to be Renovated into Mixed-Use Building

A historical building in downtown Crowley, La. is going to be renovated in preparation for its development into a residential and business space. Once complete, the historical building will yield two rental units on its second floor and a retail or office space on its first. While the renovation’s estimated construction costs are currently unknown, the building’s renovation is expected to be completed by Q4 2020 or Q1 2020.

430-Acre Plot to be Developed into Industrial and Business Park in California

A 430-acre plot in Oxnard, Calif. Will be converted into a new industrial and business park. Once completed, the development will be divided into 129 lots for industrial, commercial, and office space. Neither the project’s estimated construction costs nor its estimated completion date are currently unknown.
