Bromley Companies, a Real Estate development firm with offices in New York and Florida, has unveiled plans for their office space in Midtown Tampa. The $500 million mixed-use project is a 70,000 square-foot standalone building. The ground floor of the three-story building will include retail space with offices on the second and third floors.
Developer Seeks Approval to Build Low-Income Apartments
According to Gwinnett County records, a developer has plans to build a low-income apartment community with 168 units in Dacula, Georgia. The developer is seeking to rezone the property to provide affordable housing for the area, which will be restricted to household with 60% of the area median income.

The “Golden Strip,” which is an area south of I-385 in Greenville, S.C., is booming. Development in Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Fountain Inn are expecting five projects to help grow the area. Prisma Health in Swamp Rabbit Trail is expanding while completion on a one-mile stretch in Simpsonville is expected early this year.
