ASML Moves Into $65 Million 100,000 Square-Feet Office Space in Wilton, CT
ASML, an upstream supplier for semiconductor manufacturers, has taken 100,000 square-feet of office space for its staff based in Wilton, CT. The company is currently in the process of moving 400 employees into the office space. The project was financed in part thanks to a $65 million lease that ASML recently secured.
Valparaiso, IN To Get 65,592 Square-Foot Commercial-Industrial Building
A new multi-tenant commercial and industrial building is being constructed in the city of Valparaiso, IN. The 65,592 square-foot building would feature dock and drive-in doors, 24-foot clear ceiling height, an energy efficient design, and architectural storefronts for each suite. The building, whose cost and estimated completion date are currently unknown, would also feature 120 parking spaces.
A 24-Story Residential Tower Is Being Constructed in Brooklyn’s Historic BAM District
A new 24-story residential tower is being planned for construction on St. Felix St in Brooklyn’s historic BAM district. 20,000 of the building’s 167,000 square-feet will go toward the expansion of the Brooklyn Music School, including the construction of a digital music lab. The building will also include 120 residential units, 36 of which will be reserved for affordable housing. The building’s cost and estimated completion are currently unknown.
United Rentals To Move Into New Corporate Campus Outside of Charlotte, NC
United Rentals, a major moving and distribution company, has announced that it has secured a lease for a new corporate campus located northeast of Uptown Charlotte, NC. The new campus will be anchored by a 100,000 square-foot building which will feature workplace amenities including collaboration areas, training rooms, spacious break rooms, greenway trails, and access to public transport and major highways. United Rentals will move into its new campus in mid-2020.
University of Hawaii at Hilo Nearly Done With $33 Million College of Pharmacy Building
Three years after breaking ground, work is nearing completion on the University of Hawaii at Hilo’s new Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy Building. The 3-story, 45,000 square-foot building has been in progress for over a decade and has come at a cost of $33 million. The new facility will house lecture halls, a student lounge, laboratories, a medication therapy management center, and other amenities. The building is set to be ready for occupants by November 19.
