Recent Acquisition Paves Way for New Division and Leadership Role

Pacific Mutual Door Company (PMD) has been purchased by Hardwoods Distribution, Inc. (HDI). The acquisition includes five distribution centers and manufacturing centers across the Midwest and East Coast. Rod Beason, CFO for PMD, will lead the newly-formed Rugby Midwest Region as the company’s Regional General Manager, according to a statement from Drew Dickinson of Rugby Architectural Building Products.

10-Year Master Plan Approved in Rogers, Minn

Rogers City Council has approved a 144-page, 10-year plan for Rogers Parks in Rogers, Minn. Revising a previous plan established in 2017, the City of Rogers increased neighborhood parks from four to 12 and added their seventh athletic facility. Officials are now using a “wishlist” for the future and taking city-wide surveys into consideration. The approved 10-year plan includes five sections.

St. Louis MLS Stadium Expands to Become Mixed-Use Space

New details have emerged regarding the stadium site for St. Louis’ Major League Soccer team. A proposed 30-acre site is expanding north of Market Street between 20th and 22nd streets. The 22,000-seat stadium is set to be built north of Market Street with practice fields west of Union Station. The expansion will accommodate mixed-use including concerts and other events.
