New $22 Million Mixed-Use Project Being Built in Indiana

A new mixed-use development is going to be built in Clarksville, Ind. The $22 million project, titled Bolt + Tie, will contain 70 office spaces, 100 residential spaces, 12 small commercial spaces, two high-tech conference rooms and a co-working space across its four floors. The project will be completed in 2021.

New 103,000 SF Office Building Being Built in Dallas

A new office building is being built as part of an upcoming 290-acre mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. The project, titled Three Hickory Centre, will contain 103,000 square-feet of office space across its four floors. Neither the project’s estimated construction costs nor its expected completion date are currently known.


New 500,000+ SF Mixed-Use Project Will be Built in Durham

Four Points, a Washington, D.C.-based developer, has announced plans to build a new mixed-use development in Durham, N.C. The proposed project will produce two buildings, respectively nine and 18-stories, and yield more than half-a-million square-feet featuring 345 residential units, 19,000 square-feet of retail space, and 24,793 square-feet of accessory and bridge space. Neither the project’s estimated construction costs nor its estimated completion date are currently known.


Comstock Holding Companies Arranges $73 Million Loan for Luxury Apartment Tower

Freddie Mac has arranged a $73 million loan with the capital markets division of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc for a luxury apartment tower located in Reston, Va. The 21-story building contains 448 residential units and features a variety of amenities including an outdoor pool, a game room, a demonstration kitchen, and a large open turf area.

CBKC Announces New $80 – $100 million Mixed-Use Development in Kansas City

Community Builders of Kansas City, a Kansas City-based developer, has announced its intention to build an eight-phase mixed-use development on the city’s eastern side. The proposed $80 – $100 million project would yield three Class-A office buildings totaling 180,000 square-feet, and four other buildings that would contain 245,000 square-feet and feature 155 residential units. The project will wrap up in 2027.
