Ohio Developer Seeks to Build $100 Million Hotel in Cincinnati

A developer based in Columbus, Ohio wants to construct a $100 million tower in downtown Cincinnati. If approved, the site will take a similar shape to the developer’s previous $192 million, 28-story mixed-use tower on the city’s north side. The proposed development would likely serve as a luxury hotel containing anywhere between 600 and 1,000 rooms.

19,000 SF Office Building in San Diego Sold for $4.05 Million

An approximately 19,000 square-foot office building has traded hands in San Diego’s Sorrento Mesa neighborhood. The buyer purchased the property for an estimated $4.05 million and is expected to move in to the near vacant building. It is unclear how much space the buyer is intending on using, or if there are plans to rent out any remaining space to other tenants.


Museum in Tulsa Plans Expansion with New Building

The Gilcrease Museum in downtown Tulsa, Okla. has planned to build a new facility which will be the museum’s fifth building. The building will provide more adequate storage space to the museum’s growing collection of over 350,000 art and historical artifacts. While the proposed structure’s estimated costs are currently unknown, it is expected that the new facility will open by the end of 2022.

Radford University Opens New $34 Million STEM Halls

Two new buildings have opened to service students of the Artis College of Science and Technology at Radford University in Roanoke, Va. The two structures, Reed Hall and Curie Hall, are the product of a $34 million renovation project which added new teaching and lab spaces, a cybersecurity suite, a 3-D printing lab, and a drone lab. These renovations were a part of the university’s $98 million capital improvements project.

Los Angeles Developer Plans 127,000 SF Mixed-Use Project

Los Angeles-based developer IMT Residential is planning to construct a mixed-use redevelopment in Sherman Oaks, Calif. If approved, the project will be anchored in a currently existing 127,000 square-foot office space to deliver 249 residential units, 27,500 square-feet of retail and restaurant space, a grocery store, and 1,100 parking spaces. The project’s estimated timeline and construction costs are currently unknown.
