A developer has announced that it will expand its industrial offerings in an industrial campus in Colorado.


Where is it happening?
Loveland, Colo.

 

Who is Involved?
Developer: McWhinney Real Estate Services Inc.
Designer: Unchosen at this time

 

When is it happening?
The site is expected to start manufacturing activities by the end of December 2020.


Why is it Important?
The new expansion will “offer a broader range of building types and sizes to ensure we can accommodate any significant industrial or flex user in the region.” (Clyde Wood, VP of Commercial Development for McWhinney, Greeley Tribune)

Two buildings, Building VI and Building VII
Both buildings feature 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading, and flex space configurations
