Project: RKTB Readies Three New Buildings in Brooklyn
The projects highlight the commitment of RKTB to improving cities through social equity and design excellence.

Reflecting inventive approaches that speed construction, increase the buildable area of sites, and create safer and more inclusive neighborhoods, RKTB Architects has announced three new projects taking shape in deserving Brooklyn locations.

With the year 2021 marking 28 years since RKTB began working with the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) on capital improvement projects and new buildings, the firm is now monitoring the construction of the stand-alone school building for P.S. 730K, which began recently.

1425 FULTON STREET CONSTRUCTION
This year will mark the completion of RKTB’s vision for 1425 Fulton Street, a new, nine-story mixed-use development in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The building nods to the borough’s diverse industrial heritage with a steel structure, masonry veneer, and sleek metal-and-glass facade.
