According to NewGround, their latest project with Union Square Mortgage Center recently broke ground in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Wichita Falls, Texas.

The project is slated for completion in November 2021.

A 9538 square-foot mortgage center.

Architecture and Design: NewGround 

Why is the project important?

The design will house Union Square’s expanding mortgage services and community room. The interior design aesthetic by the NewGround team coupled with the elegant exterior will add a standout showpiece to the community.

Key Aspects

NewGround will provide architectural, structural, MEP, interior design, and furniture selection services for the Union Square Mortgage Center, with construction anticipated to be complete by November 2021.
